Technology of production of central heating furnaces
UNIWEX KOTŁY BIO brand offers the highest quality central heating furnaces for industrial use. Our equipment is technologically advanced and diversified according to the type of fuel and individual requirements of production facilities, service facilities, etc.
We use modern technology to produce our equipment, creating environmentally friendly furnaces. Emissions of carbon dioxide and other harmful substances are significantly reduced. These are high-efficiency devices equipped with electronic systems for easy operation.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY AT UNIWEX KOTŁY BIO SP. Z O.O.
1. Design department
The designer proceeds to prepare a model of the device, taking into account any edits from the customer.
2. Plasma cutter programming
The finished design goes to the plasma cutter operator. This is where the precise cutting of the device's metal components takes place.
3. Cutting
Individual furnace components are cut on a high-end plasma cutter. This technique ensures the high quality of the furnaces from the very beginning of their production.
4. Bending
Welding-sensitive parts are made using the bending technique. The edge press allows precise bending of smaller furnace parts.
5. Sheet metal rolling
Elements of steel structures such as profiles, sheet metal, cover tanks are prepared on a rolling mill - which significantly speeds up the various stages of production.
6. Welding
Finished parts are transferred to the assembly department where, one by one and according to design, the furnace is assembled and welded by skilled welders. Among the welded components are the furnace exchanger (flame tubes), furnace, multi-cyclone, fuel tank, fuel feeding systems.
7. Pressure test
After the components are assembled and welded together, a pressure test is carried out to check the tightness of the device. Each furnace undergoes quality control and a water pressure test.
8. Ceramic lining
An essential part of the furnace equipment is the ceramic lining of the combustion chamber. The inner layer is made of ceramic materials with high aluminum content. The ceramic lining ensures optimal biomass combustion conditions.
