Industrial furnaces - where to use?
True to their name, industrial furnaces are primarily used in plants and factories in various industries. Nowadays, heating furnaces are much more popular than alternative devices designed to generate thermal energy, because they are distinguished by their high efficiency and energy savings. Thanks to their modern design, they enable a significant reduction in exhaust emissions into the atmosphere. Also of great importance is the variety of fuels that can be used in the device. UNIWEX has prepared two main lines of eco-friendly furnaces - COMFORT and BIOMATIC. Our central heating furnaces can burn sawdust, shredded particleboard, forest chips, biomass, among other things. This optimizes the cost of operating the device, matching the needs and expectations of Users.

How to heat in various industrial plants?
In order to ensure efficient heating of a given property, it is worthwhile to adjust the furnace, fuel, as well as mode of operation accordingly. This may seem like a complicated task, so below we describe the optimal temperature and operating conditions of the device depending on the type of facility.
In facilities where plants or animals are placed, heating is even more important. Indoors, the right conditions must be provided so that living organisms can not only survive in them but also grow properly. Plants are most often housed in glass structures, so during the day, sufficient heat is provided by the sun's rays. However, at night, or during the winter, they are not provided with enough heat energy, which can permanently harm them. That's why it's worth using central heating furnaces to heat greenhouses, which guarantees immediate results. On the other hand, in areas where young animals are housed, it is important to intensively reheat each room, keeping the temperature at around 30 °C.
In public facilities, warehouses, or in plants where manufactured items do not require unusual heating conditions, rotary heating is sufficient. This means that central heating furnaces are designed to maintain an appropriately high temperature only during a selected time interval - when there are employees or visitors in the warehouse, facilities, or plants. At other times, the temperature in all rooms can be lowered while saving on fuel.
It is also important to ensure comfortable conditions for the employees themselves. While at the post, they should have a guaranteed temperature of at least 18 °C, which can be provided by spot heating. If the tasks that workers perform require higher or lower temperatures, you must be fully compliant.
