Hydraulic scraper floor HZG is a device that can be installed in rooms adapted for fuel storage and other rooms or containers that can act as fuel storage. The undoubted advantage of this solution is the storage area, limited only by the dimensional capabilities of the facility.

The task of the HZG is to supply raw material in the form of shredded biomass to a process line that allows its thermal conversion. With the help of multi-arm scrapers moved by hydraulic cylinders, biomass is collected from the floor of the warehouse and then transported towards the collecting screw or redler feeder, which is the beginning of the fuel transport route to furnaces or other equipment fed by the material collected there.

HZG eliminates the need to refill smaller tanks from time to time and the downtime associated with that. This option ensures that the continuous operation of heating equipment is maintained.
